By accessing or using Follow The Leader (the 'Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the 'Last updated' date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Follow The Leader is a financial data platform that aggregates, normalizes, and presents publicly available information from SEC filings, including Form 13F (institutional holdings) and Form 4 (insider transactions). The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

We do not provide personalized investment advice, brokerage services, or portfolio management. All data originates from public SEC EDGAR filings and is subject to the filing lag and limitations described in our methodology documentation.

To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at security@followtheleader.io of any unauthorized use.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to create an account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

By providing payment information you authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

You agree not to: (a) scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the Service beyond what is permitted by your plan; (b) resell, sublicense, or redistribute our data or outputs without written permission; (c) use the Service to build a competing product or service; (d) attempt to circumvent any technical limitations or security measures.

You also agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation, insider trading, or any violation of securities laws. We reserve the right to investigate and terminate accounts suspected of prohibited activity.

The Service, including its design, code, text, and data compilations, is owned by Follow The Leader, Inc. and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The underlying SEC filing data is public domain; however, our processing, normalization, and presentation constitute protectable expression.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS-IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be accurate or complete. SEC filings may contain errors; we reproduce them as filed and are not responsible for inaccuracies in the source data.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOLLOW THE LEADER, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
